How we do the inspection
We conduct follow-up and continuous inspections of the lands from the start of the cultivating period. To monitor the aforementioned quality of farming is being followed by farmers, the quality of seeds and right fertilizer are used, and to follow up the whole process and tracking the reporting until the end of the production of soybeans.
Sample testing
After collecting soybean samples we make sure that the products are sorted based on size, shape and process of collection. The samples have to be certified by the local authority of quality control, and food and feed grade standards. Based on sample tests our quality control division marks the samples and makes decisions based on the results obtained.
Sugar Storing process
By maintaining strict hygiene and food safety protocols we preserve the sourced commodities and products and sort out the commodities in different categories by nature and do the required packaging.
We do not let our guard loose until the product is finally loaded on the ship.
Our customers
We as an international merchant seller company sell commodities and products to both government and privately owned organizations.
Shipment to overseas buyers
We supply our commodities wholesale from small to large quantities via international shipment by sea. While we ship sugar commodities in ship cargo, we make the packaging in two layers. First, pour sugar into a plastic inner bag then wrap the outer layer with a jute or plastic woven bag to avoid air from damaging the product inside.
Our Payment Gateway
For large supply to small sample supply, we receive payment via LC or T/T, as our client demands. Since the L/C is safer option we recommend our buyers to go with L/C in most cases.
Agreement with Supplier / Buyer
As a merchant company, we have to source different commodities from different countries around the world which requires us to abide by the regulations and laws of the supplier’s country. As the importer of the commodities,
we sign agreements with the suppliers as required. The same thing is applicable in the time when we supply commodities to our international buyers.
We require permission from the authorized governing bodies and port authorities for both importing and exporting the commodities, the same rules apply to the other parties who trade with us.
We make sure to keep a clear and specific understanding of the definition of terms of trades, product coverage, commitments & concessions, market access, special safeguard provisions, general domestic support, issues on export prohibitions and restrictions, etc.
