Egyptian cotton

This Egyptian breed of cotton is produced on the southwestern side of the U.S and offers soft, long thread and firm woven capability.

Upland cotton

This is the most common type of cotton, also known as Mexican cotton in some places, a very American homegrown cotton.

Organic cotton

To meet the crying demand for organically cultivated cotton worldwide, without any touch of chemical fertilizer or pesticides, we are a leading supplier

Processed cotton

Apart from raw cotton straight from the trees, we also supply processed cotton if needed that can be used as beauty and cosmetics cotton products.

Our source of wholesale raw cotton

We supply organic to regular cotton at attractive prices and packages.

One of the most commonly sold cotton types is upland cotton. That is being cultivated in the region of native Mexico, northern-south & Central America and tropical regions of Florida states. A total of 95% of produced upland cotton are exported worldwide.

Since our homeland is already a cotton-growing haven starting from Virginia to California, we hardly import cotton from overseas, rather we source cotton from the “cotton belt” zone.

  • We collect the premium and best cotton as raw commodities since we do not settle for less.
  • We collect both traditional and organic cotton produced from GMO and non-GMO seeds, though organic cotton production costs double the normal cotton production.
  • While collecting the cotton from the land we monitor the hand-picked and machine-picked cotton and sort them based on damage made to the fiber of the cotton.
  • During the cultivation process of cotton plants, the weeding process is needed to be done by hand while for commercial purposes mostly done by chemicals. We make sure to avoid such practices when we take leases of organic cotton cultivated lands.

We are blessed to have co-partnership for collecting raw cotton from renowned cotton growing estates, personally owned farming lands and cotton investors.

How we do the inspection

From the start of the cultivation of cotton in lands, our expert team members go for inspection in cotton fields. If we address any lacking or mismatch, we make sure to eradicate that error right away and let the cultivation go on as per the prior schedule. By monitoring, tracking and safeguarding the process of cultivation we confirm the quality of seeds and fertilizers are used properly. We keep following up on the whole process and tracking reports until the final product is addressed.

Sample testing

We collect cotton samples after the lab test where the grade, staple and micronaire of the cotton are being tested. We also separate machine-picked or hand-picked samples to address the quality of each type. We collect samples that are certified with lower numbers since it indicates better quality of cotton. We only receive samples that are certified by grade standards and instrument standards.

Cotton Storing process

We store the compressed cotton lints after weighing them up to a standard scale and into a standard-size bag made of plastics or jute woven by 2-3 layers. To save the stored cotton lint from getting molded or wet, the storage container and the space need to be of neutralized air and light ventilated.

Our customers

We as an international merchant seller company sell commodities and products to both government and privately owned organizations.

Shipment to overseas buyers

We supply our commodities wholesale from small to large quantities via international shipment by sea.

Our Payment Gateway

For large supply to small sample supply, we receive payment via LC or T/T, as our client demands. Since the L/C is safer option we recommend our buyers to go with L/C in most cases.

Agreement with Supplier / Buyer

As a merchant company, we have to source different commodities from different countries around the world which requires us to abide by the regulations and laws of the supplier’s country. As the importer of the commodities, we sign agreements with the suppliers as required. The same thing is applicable in the time when we supply commodities to our international buyers.
We require permission from the authorized governing bodies and port authorities for both importing and exporting the commodities, the same rules apply to the other parties who trade with us.
We make sure to keep a clear and specific understanding of the definition of terms of trades, product coverage, commitments & concessions, market access, special safeguard provisions, general domestic support, issues on export prohibitions and restrictions, etc.

selling process

We sell commodities wholesale globally through government and private associations. For government and private trade associations, we have local trade and state policies and orders imposed by the domestic government which is trade friendly enough.

Distribution process

It is obvious upon adequate storage of commodities we take orders. Our distribution channel mainly follows through the supplier, storage, shipment and the final buyer receives from the port. We do not comply with or associate with any third parties.

Shipping process

Our domestic demand can be met by road via truck but for international cargo, we deliver our orders by sea. Upon securing product license, export and port order and payment through L/C we load cargoes on ships. By checking up ventilation, cargo facilities, air pipes and other storage facilities in detail we make sure to prevent commodity damage.
