How we do the inspection
As the merchant company of coffee we don’t just sit and supply to our client, that's not something we do. Rather, we like to take control over the products we offer.
- To make sure that we are offering you the best, we track the records of our collected commodities.
- We communicate with the core farmers and suppliers who produce.
- We investigate the initial conditions and track the records until they are plunked and processed as the ready commodity for supply.
- After going through multiple stages of sample testing and monitoring, we finalize the right quality of coffee beans for our clients
- From dry to roasted, or grinded coffee powder, we make sure they are processed and finalized based on our quality control standard
- By connecting with our supplier directly, we have built a sound corporate network with farmers, workers and clients. We do not allow any third party vendor in the middle of us. We believe in keeping one to one communication with our clients and suppliers.
Coffee Storing process
Coffee storage requires a neutral room temperature that is free of moist air and exposure of light. A room temperature means no freezing, because freezing is not suitable for either green or roasted coffee to store for longer. We put the coffee in an ideal storage container that is opaque and airtight enough that keeps the large coffee storage fresh until the package is unlocked. We have our dedicated warehouse for bulk coffee storage where we keep them in need and can move swiftly in time of shipment.
Our customers
We as an international merchant seller company sell commodities and products to both government and privately owned organizations.
Shipment to overseas buyers
We supply our commodities wholesale from small to large quantities via international shipment by sea.
Our Payment Gateway
For large supply to small sample supply, we receive payment via LC or T/T, as our client demands. Since the L/C is safer option we recommend our buyers to go with L/C in most cases.
Agreement with Supplier / Buyer
As a merchant company, we have to source different commodities from different countries around the world which requires us to abide by the regulations and laws of the supplier’s country. As the importer of the commodities,
we sign agreements with the suppliers as required. The same thing is applicable in the time when we supply commodities to our international buyers.
We require permission from the authorized governing bodies and port authorities for both importing and exporting the commodities, the same rules apply to the other parties who trade with us.
We make sure to keep a clear and specific understanding of the definition of terms of trades, product coverage, commitments & concessions, market access, special safeguard provisions, general domestic support, issues on export prohibitions and restrictions, etc.
